Heritage Carbon Literacy Training

Various Dates (2-session course)

online

Carbon Literacy is a key way for organisations to gain an awareness of the causes and impacts of climate change and an understanding of carbon emissions. It provides a great foundation for individuals, teams and organisations to begin to take steps towards reducing their carbon emissions and become more environmentally sustainable.

The focus of Carbon Literacy is about empowering people to take action. To become certified as Carbon Literate you must pledge to undertake an individual and group action that will help you and your organisation to achieve net zero.

This event is a chance to chat with others about the heritage hurdles and construction conundrums that you’re facing in your projects, get advice from those who have completed similar work, and offer direction to those who are starting out on their journey.

There will be some initial topics to discuss, based on what you’ve told us you want to talk about, followed by an opportunity network and natter with others from around Wales, as well as some refreshments and entertainment to help the conversation flow.
