Heritage Network customer privacy notice

For the purposes of the UK GDPR, the ‘controller’ of the personal data which you provide in response to this survey is West Yorkshire Combined Authority (ICO registration #ZA051694). The Combined Authority processes this data under the basis of ‘public task’, for the purposes of delivering the sessions to participants and gathering feedback.

 

We have contracted a data processor to collect the data and deliver the project (Heritage Network) and another to evaluate the project’s effectiveness (SQW; if you choose to participate, your data will be shared with SQW for this purpose. SQW may contact you for further information as part of their assessment. All three parties will securely delete your data no later than six months after contract expiry.

 

You also have an option to receive communications from us about similar, future opportunities. We will only send you these communications with your consent; we will retain your personal data until you withdraw consent, or until it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, whichever is the sooner.
