Beth is based in Somerset and has worked in the heritage sector for over 5 years, primarily in visitor attractions. After completing her Masters degree in International Heritage Management, she worked for an independent historic house delivering events and marketing.
After this, Beth worked for the National Trust developing event programmes and marketing campaigns in Devon.
Beth is passionate about communicating heritage stories with audiences and promoting the benefits that heritage brings to communities. One of Beth’s tasks will be to ensure that member stories are shared widely and to help raise the profile of the Network.
Beth says: “I am delighted to be joining the team and getting stuck in with increasing engagement around the work that the Heritage Network and its members carry out.”
Essential Networks is made possible with the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to create the position of Marketing and Communications Officer.
