Heritage Network are delighted to announce that the headline sponsor for this year’s conference is the Architectural Heritage Fund.

The Heritage Network look forward to welcoming the Architectural Heritage Fund’s (AHF) support once again for Conference 2026. The headline sponsor is a major presence across the 3 day event, speaking during the main session, delivering a workshop and exhibiting at the conference expo. This means that delegates can network with the headline sponsor as well as participate in their workshop.

The AHF is a registered charity, working since 1976 to promote the conservation and sustainable reuse of historic buildings for the benefit of communities across the UK, particularly in economically disadvantaged areas. This year, the AHF is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

“We are so pleased to be the headline sponsor of the Heritage Network Conference again this year. Events like this are crucial to the development of the heritage sector – it brings together a mix of like-minded people from across the UK to explore and celebrate the impact of community-led heritage regeneration on people and places” – Kelcey Wilson-Lee, Director of Programmes and Deputy CEO at the Architectural Heritage Fund.

The Heritage Network Conference takes place every year and focuses on the impact of community led heritage on people and places. Important topics such as funding and business planning, community engagement and access and inclusion are covered in sessions and workshops, and there’s the chance to visit different sites in the host city and learn about their work.

Delegates from all areas of community heritage attend; community heritage leaders, major heritage agencies and funders, local authorities, heritage businesses and early career professionals, making it the perfect opportunity to network and make the connections you need, whatever your role.

This year, Conference will be in Belfast and Armagh, 27th – 29th September.
