Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust are delighted to announce they are the winners of this year’s SPAB Best Loved Public Building Award!
On Thursday 3rd November, at an awards ceremony hosted by Grand Design’s Kevin McCloud, the results of a public vote were announced. This award acknowledges the tireless efforts of the dedicated team of staff, volunteers and supporters, and celebrates their efforts in restoring and regenerating this special place for future generations to enjoy!
The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) believe old buildings have a future and are here to help the nation’s most ancient buildings, from cottages to castles, and all the people who care for them.
The trust are delighted to have won and would like to thank every member of the public who voted for Wentworth Woodhouse.
